History: Our company establised in 1994, we exported the plywoods to European and USA

Certificate: All the process are charged by ISO9002 system. We have got CE Certificate for European market.

Products: A. Commercial Plywood. face and back: birch, okoume, bintanger, Pine, poplor and hardwood etc. Core; poplar or hardwood. Size: 1220*2440mm, 1250*2500mm and 1830*3100mm, verious width.



B. Film faced plywood: Brown film, Dynea Finland Film or skidproof film, Core; poplar or hardwood. Size: 1220*2440mm,



1250*2500mm and 1830*3100mm, various width. We can do matt finish film for the face, which is more beautiful than



shuttering finish film.


Machines: A. Two sides sanding machines for controlling the width, the tolerance could be less than 0.5mm;

B. Scarf joint machines for jointing the cores perfectly without any slot;

C. Drying machines for drying the plywood to controlling the moisture not less than 12%.

Glue: WBP Glue is Dynea WBP, with more 48 hours in boiling water, not open. MR Glue with 6-7 hours in boiling water, not open. The grade of formaldehyde volatilization could be reach at E1 and E2.
